Continued from the last chapter :P

 

 

Yasmin ran to her fathers side. Apart from her, everyone was unconscious. "I NEED HELP!" she shouted hoping someone nearby would hear her.  Suddenly an air ambulance landed a few steps away from her. She ran over to them and told them what had happened. "I'm Yasmin and I am 7 years old, My family and I have fallen down a ravine from around 50 feet. My father and his boyfriend were conscious for a small period of time before losing consciousness again and my little sister has yet to regain consciousness, You need to help them! I can't loose them!" She cries to them . A paramedic comes over to her and examines her.

 

"Yasmin, you have a severely broken wrist and I want to get that sorted as soon as possible but for that to happen, we need to get you to the hospital okay?" a paramedic explained to her. She shook her head and ran out of the helicopter to see Christian having CPR. "DADDY!" she shouted running to his side.  "You need to wake up you daft fool, please Dad , wake up..." She begs , tears streaming down her face.

 

"Okay we have a pulse." another paramedic announces and Yasmin lets go of a breath that she didn't even know that she was holding. "I love you Christian." She says placing a kiss onto his forehead.

 

While Christian and Syed are taken away in the air ambulance , Matilda and Yasmin are placed into an ambulance and are raced to the hospital . "How's Matilda?"  Yasmin asks a female paramedic and she tells her " its looking good, just waiting for her to wake up now " she tells her and grins happy that her sister is okay .

 

Once they arrive at the hospital they are all separated . Yasmin is taken into Resus where a nurse comes to treat her . "Hello Yasmin, I'm Connie and I'm here to help you get better okay?" she explained and Yasmin nodded sliding herself off the stretcher and on to the bed . "Okay Yasmin, on a scale of 1 to 10 , how bad is your pain?" Connie asks and Yasmin told her "about an 8?"

 

Connie nods and goes to get some medication for the pain. While she went out, Yasmin started to have a seizure. 

 

When Connie walks back in she realizes what is happening and gets help. "Can I get some help in here please!" Connie shouts and 4 or more nurses and doctors come running in "This has to be a head injury, she's been fitting for just over 6 minutes. We need to get her stabilised and up to ITU . " She says and they work on getting her stable.

 

An hour later and Yasmin is finally stable enough to go up to ITU. Her arm has been put in a cast and her wounds have been dressed. As she was taken up, Christian joined her in the lift. "Yas!" he shouted shocked to see her in such a bad way. "What's happened to her?" he asks and Connie tells him "She could have a serious head injury so were taking her up to ITU to be monitored for the foreseeable. " She replies to his question.

 

As they get Yasmin settled in ITU , a terrified and hurt Christian watches from the outside.  He has broken 3 ribs and had one punctured lung that was able to be sorted after a quick procedure.  He's still waiting for news on Matilda and Syed. But right then, Yasmin was his priority. 

 

After they got her settled, he went in and sat with her. "Listen to me baby, You need to fight. Harder than you ever have before, don't let this stand in your way." he tells her and holds her hand. He knows that all their lives will never be the same as they were before , This is the start on a long journey but they'll get through it together.
